These Terms & Conditions govern the use of blackcodestudios.com and the products of Black Code Studios. By using the site, creating an account or purchasing a product, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Black Code Studios is an independent software studio (an individual with business activity, Mexico). Identification details are in the Legal Notice.
2. Your account
- To purchase and download you need an account with a valid email.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Let us know if you detect unauthorized use.
- You must provide accurate information. An account is for one person; do not share or transfer it.
3. MCPGo license
Purchasing MCPGo grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to three (3) computers you own. Specifically:
- You may use MCPGo to create games, projects or works, including for commercial purposes, and sell what you make with it. The content you generate is yours.
- You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute MCPGo or its installer, reverse-engineer the software, or use it for unlawful purposes.
This license mirrors the Terms of Use included inside the application itself; if in doubt, both are read the same way.
4. Purchases, prices and payments
- The price and currency are those shown on the page at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, MCPGo is a one-time payment with lifetime access to the purchased version and its updates.
- Payments are processed through PayPal. Your access is tied to the email of the PayPal account you pay with: create or use your Black Code Studios account with that same email so access is activated.
- We do not store your card details; PayPal handles them.
5. Refunds
Because MCPGo is a downloadable digital product, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the product does not work as described and our support cannot resolve the issue. Refunds do not apply where the product has already been used substantially or where the problem stems from incompatibilities listed as requirements. To request one, write to hola@blackcodestudios.com with your purchase reference. Founder users with lifetime access receive it at no cost upon registration.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand, logos and site content are the property of Black Code Studios and are protected by law. You acquire no rights to them beyond the license described. What you create using MCPGo is yours.
7. Availability and "as is"
The site and product are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep them running, but do not warrant that they are error-free or uninterrupted, or compatible with every configuration. To the extent permitted by law, Black Code Studios is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
8. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to breach the site's security, access others' accounts, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The current version is posted on this page with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Consumer rights are further governed by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO). Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico.
